ALS&S Equipment Sales Representative candidate :

Automated Laundry Systems & Supply is currently looking for a high energy, self-motivated Sales Executive to help grow our business with competitive pay, benefits and advancement opportunities.
Sales Executive expectations are to increase sales of laundry equipment, dry cleaning equipment, supplies and chemicals. Sales Executive will also maintain current customer relations while actively growing our customer base. Work schedule is Monday-Friday 8-4 with occasional overtime.

Job Duties:

    •Prepare and deliver sales proposals/presentations and follow up with key decision makers.
    •Complete scheduled and cold call prospecting activities to establish first and follow up appointments with decision makers.
    •Visiting existing customers to review product needs and determining other opportunities.
    •Opening new accounts.
    •Updating customers on new products or upgrades.
    •Providing solutions to customers’ problems.
    •Attending Trade Shows and Conferences (if applicable).
    •Preparing sales reports and tracking sales growth.
    •Performing maintenance and updating of customers’ accounts including equipment installation when needed.
    •Daily reporting to General Manager.

Requirements/Skills:

    •Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    •Computer proficiency in Windows and Excel.
    •Must be organized with good time management skills.
    •Experience in developing and executing sales strategies.
    •Possess strong presentation, negation and closing skills.
    •Capable of working independently and in a team environment.
    •Position requires travel throughout the State of Alaska including overnight stays.
     
Qualifications:

    •2+ years outside sales experience.
    •Legally eligible to work in the United States.
    •High School Diploma or GED required.
    •Clean driving record and current Alaska drivers’ license.
    •Must be able to obtain security clearance with the Department of Corrections and Military installations.
    •Must successfully complete pre-employment testing.

Compensation includes annual salary with bonus options, major medical, dental and vision insurance, vacation, personal time off, holiday pay and 401K.

ALS&S Service Technician & Installer :

Job Overview:

The Service Technician repairs, maintains and installs commercial and industrial laundry equipment. Travel throughout the state and extended overnight stays will be required. Availability on weekends if needed (On-Call schedule) and travel is required.

In addition to maintaining equipment, responsibilities include completing paperwork, written and verbal communication with customers, vendors and other departments within the company. ALS&S fosters a professional and friendly business environment and seeks applicants that work well with others and will represent the company in a positive manner. Applicant must be self-directed, organized, and dependable. This is a full time position, hours Monday thru Friday, 8a – 4p. Occasional overtime and weekend work required.

Skills:

Previous technical experience (in any industry) is required. Applicant must possess a basic knowledge of electricity, plumbing and mechanics. Must have own tools to be used on jobs. Specialty tools will be provided. Applicant must be able to lift heavy equipment with assistance and work in tight spaces. Transportation to and from the job site requires applicants to have a dependable car, driver's license, clean driving record and insurance. Applicants must be able to obtain security clearance with the Department of Corrections and Military Bases.

Compensation:
