ALS&S Delivery Driver & Warehouse candidate :

Job Overview:

We are looking for a responsible Delivery Driver & Warehouse candidate to distribute products promptly to our customers. You will represent our company in a professional and cost-effective manner to increase our profitability and customer satisfaction. This position will also require warehouse duties, including receiving, shipping, and helping to manage inventory. Take note this job handles hazardous materials so certifications will be required. Training provided.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a wide variety of items to different addresses
  • Follow routes and time schedules
  • Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate a delivery vehicle
  • Collect payments, process, and manage various paperwork
  • Follow DOT regulations and safety standards for hazardous materials
  • Receive and Ship inventory
  • Assist and help maintain building and grounds

Skills:

  • Proven working experience as a Delivery Driver
  • Valid professional class B or A with Hazmat endorsement.
  • Decent driving record
  • Ability to operate forklifts
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Able to also pass a background test for access to secure facilities and military bases.
  • Inventory experience (i.e. receiving, picking, shipping)
  • Basic Technology skills such as cell phone and computer skills

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Day range: Monday to Friday
Shift: 8 hour shift; 8am-4pm
Experience: Warehouse experience: 1 year (Preferred)
Language: English (Preferred)
License/Certification: Class A or B CDL With Hazmat Endorsement (Required)

    ALS&S Service Technician & Installer :

    Job Overview:

    The Service Technician repairs, maintains and installs commercial and industrial laundry equipment. Travel throughout the state and extended overnight stays will be required. Availability on weekends if needed (On-Call schedule) and travel is required.

    In addition to maintaining equipment, responsibilities include completing paperwork, written and verbal communication with customers, vendors and other departments within the company. ALS&S fosters a professional and friendly business environment and seeks applicants that work well with others and will represent the company in a positive manner. Applicant must be self-directed, organized, and dependable. This is a full time position, hours Monday thru Friday, 8a – 4p. Occasional overtime and weekend work required.

    Skills:

    Previous technical experience (in any industry) is required. Applicant must possess a basic knowledge of electricity, plumbing and mechanics. Must have own tools to be used on jobs. Specialty tools will be provided. Applicant must be able to lift heavy equipment with assistance and work in tight spaces. Transportation to and from the job site requires applicants to have a dependable car, driver's license, clean driving record and insurance. Applicants must be able to obtain security clearance with the Department of Corrections and Military Bases.

    Compensation:
