Warranty Coverage

Labor Warranty: A ninety (90) day labor warranty applies to all new equipment purchases unless otherwise stated in writing. 

Parts Warranty: Commercial washer/extractors, tumblers, commercial top-load washers, and commercial dryers carry a manufacturer parts warranty ranging from three (3) to five (5) years depending on model and manufacturer. Commercial front-load washers carry a one (1) year manufacturer parts warranty unless otherwise specified.

Certain components may carry extended manufacturer warranties. All other equipment types shall be covered under the applicable manufacturer warranty documentation provided with the equipment.

Warranty coverage does not include:
Improper installation by others.
Abuse, misuse, neglect, or lack of maintenance
Damage caused by power surges, freezing, water quality, or chemical issues Normal wear items
Customer-supplied parts or modifications
Travel expenses outside standard service areas unless otherwise stated
